With balance playing a vital role, our Executive Chef, Teuku Syafrulsyah along with Chef De Cuisine, Vamsi Krishna have together created a symphony in every dish, putting together a very special a la carte menu for the The Diabetic Food Trail®. Keeping the content of proteins, carbohydrates, and their respective calories in sync, our chefs are all set to offer the diabetics a menu, where healthy and delicious will be seen joining forces.
Under the guidance of the much famed Wellness doctor, Dr. Wasim Mohideen, the menu aims at serving delicious yet, healthy food to the Diabetics. Dr Waz, as he is popularly known is also one of the leading food bloggers of Chennai and an avid advocate of balance in meals. The Menu has been formulated by Chef Teuku and recommended by Dr Waz.
This time around the 28 day long promotion will also consist of a fun Master Class on 11th November 2016 to be held at The Apartment Gallery, Park Hyatt Chennai. Our Chefs will be seen teaching some fun culinary practices and secrets behind some healthy recipes for the Diabetics, Pre diabetics and all health conscious individuals out there.
