Three men of Indian origin have been convicted of running a large-scale fake pharmaceutical drugs factory in west London. A Cyber Crime Unit began an investigation after it received information from the Drug Enforcement Administration in the US that the men were selling pharmaceutical drugs on the dark web.

Allen Valentine, his son Roshan Valentine and Roshan’s friend Krunal Patel were found to be manufacturing and selling Benzodiazepines which is a type of sedative and classified as  a Class C controlled drug. They ran a sophisticated large-scale production of fake pharmaceutical drugs that were sold on the dark web.
Police sources stated that the men had made at least GBP 3.5 million in illicit profit with this operation.
All three of them will be sentenced at a later date and a confiscation hearing to legally get their illegal profits will be conducted shortly.
