When empowered women come together for a cause it has to be a powerful launch. WICCI Karnataka Defence Personnel Council led by the State President Major Aditi Mohan and the State Vice-President Bia Sandhu launched their council with 25 handpicked accomplished Council members at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Bangalore recently.
Supported by the massive global network and support of ALL Ladies League (ALL) and Women Economic Forum (WEF), the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), works to bring about fundamental changes in governmental policies, laws and incentives with a view to robustly encourage and empower women in business, industry and commerce across all sectors, across India and Internationally led by their Global Chairperson Harbeen Arora.
The successful launch saw its members getting introduced to their Advisory Board Members discussing the mission and vision of the council in the coming year, the voyage and the work stream of the council members. Each council member was given a custom made personalised notepad and visiting card by the State President Maj. Aditi Mohan. This was followed by some delectable high tea for all the council members and a cake cutting ceremony. All safety norms were taken at the event, as the ladies pledged to do their bit for the society and women empowerment.
