In her latest workout video, she is trying to break the myth that being on a plant-based diet might affect one’s performance.
Many people have a common misconception that being on a plant-based diet might deprive your body of certain nutrients which might affect their performance. But, Samantha’s new workout video proves otherwise as she nails a tough exercise. In the video, she can be seen flexing her hands and legs in her garden. Her workout session was monitored by plant-based coach Krishna Vikas.
