The Kerala cuisine restaurant at Crowne Plaza, Kochi, is back with some exciting new items on their menu! Trilogi’s new menu was launched on July 27th 2018 with an enticing array of starters like the Kanthari Chicken, Attirachi Nei Pathal, Chemmeen Uralakanzhangu Dosa and Seafood Thengapal Soup. There were vegetarian choices too that included the Chuvanulli Inji Vada , Podi Idly and Pineapple Rasam apart from other exotic delicacies.
The main course had the choice of Fish Biriyani for seafood lovers, the yummy Kuttanadan Tharavu Varatharacha curry paired with Chef’s special Paratha/ appam/idiappam and the enticing Mutton Kurumulagu Chaps to name a few of the hot favourites. For the grand finale, the dessert had traditional platter of Illaneer pudding and Vazhapoo Ada payasam that perfectly complemented the sumptuous spread!
