But when public service is your mantra, work is treated as an opportunity to render help and provide solutions expeditiously. Self effacing and unassuming, he always gives the entire credit to the team and his bosses.
Small wonder that on the recent Republic Day, this official was recognised with a ‘Best Performance Award’.
If only this talented and dedicated official could be cloned!
