Anand Prakash Chouksey, a teacher from Madhya Pradesh has built a mini replica of the Taj Mahal for his wife. Pictures and videos of the beautiful structure have gone viral on the internet. The 52 year old teacher built the house in about one-third the size of the original monument which is one of the seven wonders of the world.

He dedicated the two storeyed structure with a 29 foot high dome to his wife Manjusha, who is also a teacher by profession.
It took three years to complete the structure that has four bedrooms, a kitchen, a library and other rooms. It also has four minarets surrounding it on the outside. Anand visited the Taj Mahal many times to study the design in detail. His chief architect Praveen Chouksey and contractor Mushtaq Bhai and artisans from Burhanpur executed this dream project. The same marble that was used for the Taj Mahal was used here also and artisans from Agra and Rajasthan were invited to create the works on the walls.
Anand is happy to note that his house has attracted so much attention.
