Purple Chameleon held an exclusive Launch Party to celebrate their Restobar at Phoenix Market City, Chennai in the presence of Chennai’s favourite Models, Celebs & Socialites.
As we gear up to open our doors, we’d like to introduce Purple Chameleon to the world. We want to bring to Chennai a place that exists outside the hustle of the big city, outside the confines of work and responsibility and time. We invite people to enter the surreal fantasy of Purple Chameleon and take a moment to escape and find themselves.
Shrouded in green and pierced with splashes of neon light, it transports you to a world where the drinks are elixirs, food that leaves you smacking your lips and music that has your feet thumping.
Our beverage menu has been expertly designed by Mr Nitin Tewari who has designed cocktails for some of the best bars in India and the world; from Sydney to London, from Delhi to Kochi. We invite you to explore the beauty and diversity of our country as we take you on a journey showcasing cocktails inspired by the flora, fauna, jewels – the pride of India. With flavours that come from all across our country; from the local Narthangai to Kashmiri Kahwa tea, the drinks are artfully and skilfully balanced, each telling a story.
The food menu has been designed by our much lauded Chef Navin Prasad who has been the recipient of many accolades including chef of the year in Chennai. Purple Chameleon is all about bringing global cuisines in “Namma Chennai” format. With some unique twists and some local delicacies to cater to a mix of audiences, we aim to be a place where the food will not just satiate your stomach but feed your soul as well.
