US is in the process of bringing about new visa rules for pregnant women. All visa applicants who are heading to the US in order to give birth and get a coveted US passport for their children will now be treated like foreigners going to the US for medical treatment.
All the applicants have to do is to prove that they are going for treatment and that they have the means to pay for it. These new rules will be publicised shortly. This practice is totally legal and women are honest about their intentions while applying for visas and some even show their signed contracts with doctors and hospitals.
