Aditya Singh, a 36 year old Indian-American was too scared to fly due to the coronavirus pandemic and managed to live undetected in a secure area of Chicago’s international airport for 3 months. He was caught and arrested. He was charged with felony, criminal trespass to a restricted area of an airport and theft.

Aditya, who lives in a suburb of Los Angeles, arrived on a flight from Los Angeles on October 19th and has lived in the airport’s security zone since then. When he was asked to produce his identification, he showed them a badge that reportedly belonged to an operations manager who reported it missing in October. Aditya found the staff badge and was scared to go home due to covid. He lived on handouts from other passengers. The airline employees called 911 and the Police took Aditya into custody.
The judge who heard the matter expressed surprise at the circumstances of the case. Aditya is said to have a master’s degree in hospitality and is unemployed. He does not have any criminal background. The case has been posted to the 27th of January.
