Hone your food photography skills with Expert Food Photographer Dhruva Kotagi and Executive Chef Kalaiselvan at an exclusive food photography and food styling workshop hosted by Novotel Hotel Chamiers Road on 2nd September 2028 at Novotel Hotel Chamiers Road from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. While Expert Food Photographer Dhruva Kotagi will focus on how to compose pictures with a concept, lighting, framing and styling, Chef Kalaiselvan will teach the participants the basics of food styling.
A self-taught photographer, Dhruva is passionate about capturing bright, airy and uplifting images that tell a story of the real beauty.
Chef Kalaiselvan brings with him over 15 years of experience in the field of culinary arts and has worked with prestigious properties all around the globe. Chef Kalaiselvan specializes in Western, Italian and French cuisine.
