Their delicious basket of quality wines express their terroir & are grown combining unique climate & soil conditions. The winery tour starts from the crushing unit & moves on to the wine-making process – filtering, processing, fermentation, storing in tanks, bottling, labelling & packaging of wine bottles. The barrel room is where they age their premium brands of wine like La Réserve, Vijay Amritraj Reserve Collection & Insignia in the imported oak barrels & is filled with the grapey goodness. Grover Zampa Vineyards (GZV), India’s leading fine wine producer and exporter, owns wineries and vineyards in both the Nandi Hills in Karnataka and in the Nashik Valley in Maharashtra. Grover Chêne Grande Reserve Chardonnay – Taking inspiration from the qualities of the oak tree; strength, commitment, and joy, Grover Zampa Vineyards brings to you Grover Chêne Grande Reserve Chardonnay. The new Chêne Grande Reserve Chardonnay is the most graceful white wine which has been aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. This gives it a rich creamy texture with a toasty flavour and hints of vanilla. Made from premium Chardonnay grapes, this wine is the best expression of Indian terroir and an extension of our estate bottled Chêne Grande Reserve. Exhibiting the subtle and elegant aromas of nectarine, hazelnuts, vanilla, and crème brûlèe, this delectable wine consists of concentrated flavours of apple, pear, and green plums. The Grover Chêne Grande Reserve Chardonnay pairs beautifully with light and delicate food such as steamed or grilled fish, lightly cooked crab, prawns, pasta and risotto with spring vegetables. The texture and smoothness of the wine also pairs well with cream enhanced soups, mildly spiced creamy Indian curries with spinach, potatoes, fish and poultry.

La Réserve Chardonnay – The Chardonnay is perhaps one of the most popular white wine varietals for its rich, clean and oaky attributes. La Réserve Chardonnay has a pale yellow appearance with fragrant notes of fresh peach, melon, tropical fruit and a hint of lemon zest. Aged for 12 months in French Oak barrels, the wine appears rich and full on the palate, and is complimented with soft oak notes and crisp acidity. Best served at 8 – 10 degrees Celsius, the wine pairs deliciously with salmon and lemon butter, goat cheese, Caesar salad and Indian accompaniments such as malai chicken tikka, tandoori crab or lobster and vegetable biryanis.

La Réserve Pinot Noir – La Réserve Pinot Noir, in its ruby red appearance is the definition of grace and strength. Matured for 12 months in French Oak barrels, the aromas are typically of an elegant bouquet of floral, berry fruit with a hint of soft oak notes. Layered with notes of red fruits like strawberry and raspberry, it combines grace, majesty and complexity on the palate. La Réserve Pinot Noir pairs best with baked veal, poultry dishes and varied Indian platters like mutton keema, paneer tikka and chicken curries.

Vendanges Tardives – Coming from mature vines located on Nandi Hills, the Grover Vendanges Tardives is a rich, intense, full-bodied wine of uncommon grace and elegance. An exquisite offering with iconic gold shades and hues of green, it delivers floral notes with traces of spices and apricot. On the palate, it offers textural richness and silk, balanced by hints of oak, citrus zest and a mineral character that lingers effortlessly on the finish.

La Réserve Royale Brut – La Reserve Royale Brut is partly fermented in barrels and aged for more than 30 months. This delicate wine with tiny persistent bubbles, reveals a very clear, fine and complex bouquet of lemon zest, flowers, fresh hazelnuts and brioche. On the palate, the wine is elegant and refined with mineral notes in a long, persistent finish, it pairs perfectly with salads, scallops or mussels, white fish, charcuterie/cold cuts, fried chicken, goat cheese and sushi.

Vintage of Insignia – The signature wine is fermented in French oak barrels for 24 months intensifying the richness of handpicked Shiraz grapes all from a single vineyard. Insignia is a dry wine with medium body with layers of complexity leading to a meandering trail of fruit-berries, coffee and chocolate, with a hint of black pepper. The ripe tannins and oak fuse into the wine seamlessly and unfolds a long and smooth finish. Savour it with a light roast or red meat, kebabs, some light cheese, or even mildly spiced Asian cuisine.

India’s leading fine wine producer introduces the country’s first-ever bottled mulled wine – One Tree Hill Mulled Wine. Traditionally savored during the winter around the holiday season, mulled wine, is a concoction of spices blended perfectly to keep you warm. Taking inspiration from the traditional Indian Kadha recipe which comprises Indian spices and herbs, the wine is infused with spices like black peppers, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, tulsi, cardamom, and lemon topped with star anise, parsley, fennel, cumin seeds, orange peel, and kapok buds. The One Tree Hill Mulled Wine gives an Indian twist to this European classic making it a perfect drink to get cozy this winter with friends and family.
