Delights from Goa at JW Marriott Bengaluru


Taste a range of authentic Goan delicacies at the Goan Good Festival. A presentation of the best dishes will feature authentic recipes by Goan culinary expert and House Chef Sinatra, who will prepare a stunning array of dishes by sourcing unique ingredients from the coastal state of Goa. A selection of popular delicacies will take the guests on a whirlwind of flavors.


The menu includes dishes such as the Fish Caldin which is a famous Goan specialty, a yellow –green curry made with Pomfret. The Crab Xec Xec is another popular recipe of a rich blend of spices made with Crab, cooked in a delicate light coconut gravy. Traditional recipes such as Chicken Cafreal and Sarpotel which has a strong Portuguese influence will add to the celebration of the festival.
