About Chef Lucky Singh
Having studied culinary arts from Rizvi College of Hotel Management and graduating in 2009, Chef Lucky Singh was always certain that he wanted to be a Chef. Post his graduation Lucky Singh did his training from Sun-n-Sand Hotel Mumbai where he realized his passion even further. Following which he took up a job at Sahara Star. In his three years at Sahara Star he further honed his craft. In 2015 he took up a job as a Demi Chef de Partie at JW Marriott Sahar Mumbai. After a two year stint with JW Marriott Sahar Mumbai, Chef Lucky Singh moved to Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai where he currently works as the Chef de Partie. With ten year of experience in the field of culinary arts, Chef Lucky Singh specializes in Indian Cuisine, especially the Indian Curries and the Tandoor.
