Launches its first restaurant in Forum Sujana Mall, Kukatpally

Hyderabad, September 30, 2015: BURGER KING®, the American burger chain is all set to launch its first store in Hyderabad on 1st November 2015 at Forum Sujana Mall, Kukatpally. With the opening of this store, BURGER KING® will now have 32 outlets across Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, and Jalandhar since its launch in November 2014. With robust expansion plans, the brand now plans to expand its footprint across the southern region of India.

That is why we have created an entirely new menu for India backed by extensive research and understanding of the local consumer preferences. BURGER KING® India’s menu is quite innovative and we wish to offer our customers a whole new experience in burgers. We wish to create a distinct identity and taste that our consumers with resonate with.”

The menu for India was tested through consumer research with 3000 consumers prior to the launch. The diverse menu was accordingly created to ensure quality offerings across price-points. Special emphasis was given to setting up an extensive vegetarian menu for India. Apart from the flagship WHOPPER®, which is available for Indian consumers in Veg, Chicken and Mutton, the brand has on offer a very unique and tasty Chicken Tandoor Grill burger and Chicken Keema burger which are a favourites across markets. In its endeavour to offer innovative and great tasting products to customers, the brand has recently introduced Hi-Fries in three variants – Cheesy, Italian and Chicken. There is an easy upgrade to combo pricing where guests can upgrade any burger to a combo including fries and fountain drink at just Rs. 50/- across the menu.
