Ranbir Kapoor and mother Neethu Kapoor had earlier tested positive for Covid 19 and were under quarantine. Neethu Kapoor had announced recently that she was back at work after recovering completely from the virus. Now, Alia Bhatt has tested positive. The actress took to her social media handle to write, “Hello all, I have tested positive for Covid-19. I have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I am following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors. Grateful for all your love and support. Please stay safe and take care.”
Her mom Soni Razdan penned a poem soon after, “This is no ordinary wave …it’s everywhere. In our houses, in our hair. I’m getting a bit of a scare. It’s no ordinary wave.. it’s everywhere … don’t know how we shall fare .. how do we begin to care… about so many here and there… it’s everywhere, it’s everywhere.” Soni Razdan had earlier tweeted that it is important to make the vaccine available to people between the age group of 16-40 at the earliest as they are the most active group.
