Actor Dalip Tahil’s son Dhruv has been arrested for allegedly procuring drugs under the NDPS Act by the Narcotics Control Bureau. It has been detected that Dhruv had a WhatsApp conversation with a drug dealer and that he had asked for drugs from drug peddler Muzammil AR Shaikh several times.

DCP Datta Nalawade said that Dhruv will be produced in court shortly.
The Bandra unit of the Anti-Narcotics Cell had arrested drug peddler Shaikh on April 20 and recovered 35 grams of Mephedrone from him. It has been found that Dhruv was in touch with Shaikh from the year 2018 and has deposited money in Shaikh’s account through his YesBank account six times.
Reacting to his son’s arrest, Dalip Tahil did not make any comment.
Investigations are going on.
Dhruv was recently introduced by his father on Instagram with a post saying “My son Dhruv, aspiring actor.” The post received good wishes from many people including Nafisa Ali who called Dhruv ‘handsome’.
