A culinary sojourn to Mangalore


Embark on a yummy culinary trail to Mangalore at Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru. The hotels hosts a Mangalorean food festival at its all – day- dining venue, b Cafe. The eight day festival will showcase a fusion of various styles of cuisines including GSB, Bunt, Catholic and Udupi that define the food culture of Mangalore. The specially curated menu will include an array of lip-smacking traditional coastal delicacies like Chicken Ghee Roast, Anjal Tava Fry, Kori Rotti, Neer Dosa, Pathrode, Pork Bafat, Touthe Koddel, Sannas and Gudbud ice-cream.
