This food festival will witness best of authentic food from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh. Chef Manu has carefully designed the menu to showcase the culinary delights of this region of the country and offer a rich food experience. The dishes will be prepared using home-made spices to keep the authenticity intact. The unlimited menu comprising of 30 plus dishes will ensure that you go through a culinary journey through the spice routes of southindia.
