One8 Commune is a restaurant owned by Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. There were some allegations that there were some discriminatory entry rules for gays. The LGBTQIA group ‘YesWeExistIndia’ has accused the Pune outlet of allowing only heterosexual couples.

The restaurant has however denied these allegations and stated that it welcomes all people irrespective of gender and have been serving all communities ever since its inception.
The restaurant also affirmed that they follow government rules and are in line with industry practices. It asked people to approach them if there were any ‘inadvertent miscommunication or misplaced impression’ about its policies.
