Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma is pregnant with her first child and the baby is due in January. She has been keeping fit by performing yoga. Her cricketer husband Virat Kohli has helped her to do a particular yoga exercise.
While performing a headstand named Shirshasana, Anushka supported herself on the wall besides taking help from husband Virat. This is supposed to be the most difficult exercise. Anushka stated that yoga has been a big part of her life and she took advice from her doctor before continuing with yoga during her pregnancy. To be on the safe side, she has been taking the help of Virat. Her yoga teacher was present virtually during this exercise session.
