Women have set their foot into all fields and this is a field where no woman has treaded so far. History will be created when Rupa Gurunath, daughter of former ICC Chief N Srinivasan takes over as President of the Tamilnadu Cricket Association .
Rupa is all set to be selected unopposed to the post of President. The 42 year old Rupa is currently the Executive Director of India Cements besides she is an avid golfer. The 87th Annual General Body Meeting of the TNCA was held this morning and Rupa’s nomination was the only one filed for the President’s post.
