Taking fine dining to newer heights


Architect Anshul Chodha hosted a soft launch of his latest design project Kazé, a contemporary Pan Asian Restaurant & Sake Bar recently for a select few guests. Kazé is the brainchild of hospitality entrepreneurs the team behind the successful Bangalore-Brew Works, and gourmet restaurant Trends Sakshi Sagaraju and Ugendar Subbaraju Sagiraju. Kazé is sprinkled with the flavours of the Orient, with a modern twist. True to its name Fū or kaze, meaning “Wind” in Japanese, represents things that grow, and drawing inspiration from the element most felt at the height of the 21st floor overlooking one of the city’s renowned landmarks, the Bangalore Club. The high-heeled invitees were spotted having a gala time over bubbly, wines, cocktails, sushi, sashimi, prawns, dim sums and more at the soft launch.
