The suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14th has left fans devastated. Mumbai Police are probing into the death. During the course of the investigation, they found out that the actor had made payment to all his staff and his household help three days before his death. He is said to have informed them that it would not be possible for him to pay them further. Investigations also revealed that he was in a discussion with ex manager Disha Salian ( who committed suicide a few weeks ago by jumping from her building) in March but it appears that nothing substantial had come out of the discussion.
Sushant hailed from Patna and made a successful transition from TV shows to films. He delivered blockbusters like ‘Kal Po Chi’, ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and ‘Kedarnath’. The actor is said to have shared a very close rapport with his mother who passed away years ago. An emotional poem he had written about his mother has surfaced and is doing rounds on social media.
