Brunch N More at ITC Gardenia presents “Super Chef  Sundays”. Foodies can join  four different  creative Chefs of ITC Gardenia every Sunday  as  they  present  their signature dishes. The first of the series takes off on 01 May 2016.

Presenting the Awadhi Cuisine from Lucknow is the inimitable Chef Zaki with his ever popular Dumpukht Biryani and the truly melt in the mouth Zafrani  Paneer.  Followed  by  Lebanese  cuisine luscious and neatly  and presented by Chef Mohan with Kibbeh – preparation of lamb and broken  wheat  flavoured  with  fresh  mint  and  Sumak  and Imam Biyaldi – aubergines  baked with  Lebanese spices in a tangy tomato gravy!  Authentic Thai  offerings  showcasing   a  harmony  of pure spices and fresh herbs, tastes  and  textures  with  Chef Sonam’s signatures  and to top it all off
with Exotic  Tropical  Desserts by Chef Palash to the likes of  Black Berry and Yogurt Delice, Blanc Satin Fraisier  and Pistachio and Raspberry Strata.
