Legendary playback singer SP Balasubrahmanyam who passed away on September 25 was laid to rest at his farmhouse at Thamaraipakkam, near Chennai on September 26. He was laid to rest with honours from the Police Department.
He was 74. Many celebrities, fans and well wishers including Actor Vijay, singer Mano and Bharathiraja came to pay their last respects to the singing legend. He won the hearts of not only the people of India but had fans throughout the world. Though SPB is no more, his golden voice will live on forever.
