PM Modi celebrated 73rd birthday on Sunday, September 17.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 73 on Sunday, the 17th of September. The BJP party leaders celebrated his birthday at various places in the country.

The PM inaugurated the first phase of the India International Convention Centre in Dwarka, New Delhi . He also launched a scheme named ”PM Vishwakarma”, which is a scheme to help artisans, craftsmen and people engaged in traditional skills.

The BJP also plans to organise many welfare activities across the country and launched ”Sewa Pakhwara” – a fortnight of service to mark PMs birthday. This will continue until October 2nd, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. There will also be welfare measures like cleanliness drives, blood donation camps and health camps organized throughout the country.
Celebrations were held at the Akshar River Cruise, a floating restaurant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It  was a dream project of PM Modi. It is the only River Cruise restaurant in the country.
Leaders from India and throughout the world greeted the PM on his birthday.
