“Blu Hickey Bistro”, at Radisson BLU GRT Hotel on GST Road celebrates “Madras Month” during the entire month of August in line with the Madras Day which falls on 22ndAugust. This year marks the 375th birth year of Madras which makes it even more special.
A very attractive combo of “Madras Tiffin” menu is exclusively designed by Blu Hickey Bistro Chefs. The menu will vary every day and the ever green favorites like Tumbler Idly, Pudhina Dosai, Set Dosai, Thoppi Dosai, Nei Pongal, Elumichai Avl, Arisi Upma, Thavalai Vadai, Adai, Keerai Vadai, Kara Sev, Paniyaram etc will be served in rotation and will end with Kumbakonam Degree Kaapi or Masala Tea.
A rare collection of Old Madras photographs will be on display throughout the month.
The Tiffin Combos will be served all seven days from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm and is priced at Rs. 500 nett per head.
