OTA trains second batch of Afghan women

A group of 19 Afghan women officers have successfully completed four weeks of military training at the Officers Training Academy, Chennai. The training regimen included physical training, drills, weapons training, tactical training and English communication.

Zohra Nabizada, a Second Lieutenant said that her training experience at the OTA was one of the best.She and a few others were women pilot trainees and she found that all of them had gained a lot of confidence after being trained at the premier academy. All the women trainees were from the army, air force and the police force.
