The mesmerizing threads of the classical Odissi dance will make an attempt to embrace Kannada folklore.
‘Sookshma’, an Odissi dance ballet will ease itself into the hearts and minds of Bangaloreans today as it promises to provide an enigmatic performance based on AK Ramanujan’s Kannada folklore, ‘A Flowering Tree’.
Sookshma is part of Pravaha 2016, a dance festival by Guru Sharmila Mukherjee and the Sanjali Centre for Odissi Dance.
