Nithya Menen is known for her both her acting and singing skills, having sung for some of her earlier films. The actress recently recorded a single for her upcoming Telugu film Ninnila Ninnila that is being directed by Ani Sasi. The actress also reveals that her first English single will be released either by the year-end or in early 2021.
Reportedly, it is said that Ninnila Ninnila is directed by Nithya’s close friend, Ani Sasi – son of the late Malayalam filmmaker IV Sasi, and she too is part of the film. They recorded the song at musician Raghu Dixit’s studio in Bengaluru. The film will have Ashok Selvan to play the lead role as an overweight chef and has undergone a total physical transformation for the role. Nithya Menen and Ritu Varma have been roped in to play the female leads.
Earlier this year, she played the role of Kamala Das in the Tamil psychological thriller Psycho, directed by Mysskin.
