Directed by newcomer Vishvak Khanderao and produced by Prithvi Pinnamraju in association with Nithya Menen Company, Skylab seems like a fun entertainer and has a musical score by Prashanth R Vihari. The film poster features Nithya Menen, Satya Dev and Rahul Ramakrishna riding on a crashing satellite. It has been reported that the film is set in 1979 and revolves around the debris crash of the first United States space station launched by NASA. Tamannah Bhatia took to social media to launch the first look poster of the film.
