Meet the strongest girl in the world

Seven year old Rory van Ulft has become the strongest girl in the world. She has been crowned the USA weight lifting under-11 and the under-13 Youth World Champion. She won the title in the 30 kg category and is the youngest US weight lifting champion in history. Rory can dead  lift 80 kg, clean and jerk 42 kg, and squat 61 kg.
She joined a gymnastics class and started training from the age of 5. She spends 9 hours a week training in gymnastics and 4 hours per week training in weight lifting. She is not only the strongest 7 year old girl in the world but also the strongest 7 year old girl in history. Rory prefers gymnastics to weight lifting as she does not have to lift anything over her head. She recently won a medal in gymnastics at a local competition. The pictures and videos of this little girl lifting heavy weights  have gone viral on social media and many have praised her ability to lift weights.
