Mammootty’s investigative thrillers, notably the CBI series have always been super duper hits. The last one being Nerariyan CBI that was released 15 years ago. To fans’ delight, CBI 5 is expected to start rolling on Chingam 1 which falls on August 17th 2021. The movie directed by K Madhu and written by S N Swamy, will have Mammootty in the lead along with actors Mukesh, Saikumar, Asha Sharath, Soubin Shahir, Jagathy Sreekumar and Renji Panicker.
