An eclectic group of food and whisky connoisseurs were invited for a four-course sit down dinner. Vinod Valson, General Manager, Vivanta by Taj – Yeshwantpur and Paul John Indian Single Malt Whisky hosted a sumptuous Italian style dinner at Vivanta by Taj Yeshwantpur. The evening began with some Paul John cocktails Bee’s Knees and Edited Mint Julep post which the guests were taken through the evening curated by Heemanshu Ashar and Shehan Minocher. Shehan introduced the first course of Capesante Scottate con Ratatouille paired with Paul John Brilliance, which was followed by Tortellini di Pollo and Paul John Edited. The main course was a choice between Filetti di Spigola con Salsa di Capperi or Osobucco di Agnello Brasto, Risotto alla Zaffereno, Legumi which was paired with Paul John Bold. The elegant and well crafted evening ended on a sweet note with Panna Cotta con Frutti di Bosco. Executive Chef Agnimitra Sharma and his fleet of trained chefs received a standing ovation for their culinary extravaganza.
