It is celebration time for the Indian community in the UK. They celebrated the victory of Rishi Sunak by distributing motichoor ladoos. About 20 kg of ladoos were distributed to people. The ladoos got over very quickly as the crowd grew bigger.

Rishi Sunak is the first Indian-origin and Hindu leader to occupy the post of Prime Minister. He is also the youngest PM of Britain in over 200 years. It is believed that Rishi Sunak will not raise taxes for the common people but find some other means to tide over the current economic crisis. This is the first time that the UK is facing an economic crisis. Rishi Sunak will have to make tough decisions but the people are prepared for it.
After being appointed Prime Minister by King Charles III, Rishi Sunak addressed the nation and said that he will unite the country not with words but with action.
