India Men’s hockey team defeats Germany to win the Bronze Medal

A proud moment for India as the men’s hockey team win the bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics after 41 years! The team beat Germany at 5-4. Hardik Singh, Harmanpreet Singh, Rupinder Pal Singh and Simranjeet Singh scored field goals to take down Germany.  The last time India won at the Olympics was in 1980 Olympics in Moscow. This is the fourth medal for India in the Tokyo Olympics! Fans are thrilled and hockey as a sport is gaining popularity once again.
