Vivek Ramaswamy, an Indian-American will be contesting the 2024 US Presidential elections. He is a 38 year old entrepreneur and a second-generation Indian-American. He founded Roivant Sciences in 2014 and led the largest biotech IPOs of 2015 and 2016.
According to opinion polls, Ramaswamy is ranked third after Donald Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. He garnered a lot of attention over his comments on the Ukraine war, Donald Trump and climate change.
There are 8 Republican candidates vying to contest the US Presidential elections. Donald Trump who is running for President again said that Ramaswamy is very intelligent, has good energy and would make a ”very good” vice-president.
Ramaswamy on the other hand stated if he was elected President, he would like to have Elon Musk as an adviser.
