Lokesh Kasalagere and his team of trained culinary chefs showcased an infusion of a six-course delicious dinner delectably paired with some of the choicest wines from across the globe at Broadway, The Gourmet Theatre in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The guests began with JCB no 47 and hors d’oeuvres and moved to sushi and sake for the second course. Tandoor and Rose for the Third course came in the form of Amritsari Fish with Rose d’Anjou Jean Montbray. Fourth course was Poulet au Champignons with Vitae Chardonnay. The Matka Biryani for the fifth course was paired with J’Noon Red and the dessert with a sparkling wine. Taking the 72nd Independence Day Celebrations a few notches higher was Dr Aneesh Vidyashankar, the award winning walking Violinist who left everyone spellbound with his magical live music.
