To celebrate the launch of the new season of MasterChef Australia, Star World and Star World HD hosted an exclusive gourmet gala in Bangalore at the Olive Beach in collaboration with Food Talk India, an online community of foodies.
Drawing inspiration from 5 techniques seen on MasterChef Australia like ceviche, confit, smoking, molecular and roulade, Chef Manu Chandra of Olive created 5 amazing amuse bouche dishes to bring the gourmet experience alive through these techniques. The evening was a resounding success with the guests enjoying the food and speaking gourmet all through the night.
