Farmers from Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) have decided to march to Parliament on November 29th when both the houses meet for the Winter Session.
They will also be sending an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to raise their pending demands including a central legislation to guarantee a Minimum Support Price (MSP).

It was announced that the Centre was withdrawing the three farm laws against which the farmers have been agitating for almost a year. The farmers however stated that their protest will continue till the laws are officially withdrawn. They have also demanded the withdrawal of police cases filed against many of them over the last year.
A Kisan Mahapanchayat will be held after which a Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Diwas will be observed on British India politician Sir Chhotu Ram’s birth anniversary on November 24 and a march to Parliament on November 29.
