Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla recently fathered his 14th child. The mother of the child is his longtime associate and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. They now have 4 children together. They welcomed their first children, twins Azure and Strider in 2021, daughter Arcadia in 2024 and now their 4th child, a son whom they named Seldon Lycurgus.
Zilis is said to have Indian roots. She was born in Ontario, Canada to a Punjabi Indian mother and a Caucasian Canadian father. This fact has surprised many people on social media.
Zilis graduated from Yale University in 2008 with degrees in economics and philosophy. She joined IBM and later to Bloomberg Beta where she specialised in machine intelligence. She then joined Tesla as a project director for the Autopilot team from 2017 to 2019.
She currently holds the position of director of operations and special projects at Neuralink, a company Musk co-founded to develop brain- computer interface technology.
