Have much to do and don’t know how to, then read this. We have some great tips on how you can best utilise your time and deliver on deadlines:
- Make a list of deliverables, keep ticking as you’re done.
- Close all the other windows when working, that includes social media and others.
- Avoid random chatting with colleagues.
- Take short 10 minute breaks after every 1.5 hours or 2 hours, but be back within 10 minutes. Don’t overdo.
- A power nap of 15-20 minutes post lunch or a walk helps.
