Deepika Padukone one of the leading actors in Bollywood took some time out of her busy schedule to compete with her friend in a ‘Bake Off’ contest. The duo tried their hands at baking a yummy Peanut Butter cookie topped with chocolate ganache. The full video of the Bake Off session was shared by Deepika Padukone on her Instagram handle.
Deepika Padukone had earlier shared a few teaser snippets to the video on Instagram. The video featured Deepika Padukone and her friend Hiteshi Mehta, and they both were given similar ingredients to make a Peanut Butter cookie. Deepika explained the purpose behind the Bake off, “This is my way of getting back at Hiteshi because she was a topper in school. Always the best at everything! Number 1. And this is the one thing I can do better.”
The whole video seemed like a lot of fun, and the resulting cookies looked absolutely divine too. They ended the video by asking for suggestions for bakery names that they could open together.
