November, the birth month of PSBB’s late founder Mrs.YGP, is being observed as ‘Community Service Month’ by its Group of Schools.
Student volunteers from the T. Nagar school cleaned Jeeva Park in the vicinity. The Nungambakkam school students cleaned two temples – the Srinivasa Perumal temple in Nungambakkam and the Prasanna Venkateswara temple in Kilpauk.
Through this month, different spots across Chennai will be identified and cleaned. “Mrs.YGP had always inculcated the values of cleanliness among students. These outreach activities are a meaningful way of perpetuating her legacy” said PSBB Dean & Director Sheela Rajendraa.
