Spice Terrace has set out on a culinary expedition to introduce the brand new menu that explores the authenticity of Indian cuisine. Giving patrons the wonders of rich cuisine explored through authentic and Traditional flavours of India.


The new menu will feature dishes such as the Raan-E-Quddusi, a succulent lamb leg cooked in jeera, cinnamon, mace and given a tangy twist with malt vinegar. The Shahi Gosht Dum Biryani is another speciality crafted with Tender Lamb cooked in rich spices and blended with carefully selected basmati rice and slow cooked to create the authenticity of Indian cuisine.

Every grand meal ends on a sweet note and the Spice Terrace will let you indulge  in a wide range of mouth watering desserts such as the Shahi Malai Tukda which is a fried bread made with condensed milk, pistachio, saffron and garnished with silver leaf.

Spice Terrace presents one of the best fine dining ambiences in the city offering a perfect setting to enjoy the signature dishes from the new a la carte menu and a set menu specially created by Chef Abdul Quddus who has an experience in various styles of preparing traditional Tandoor and Dum dishes.
