Anil Ambani’s health regime

Anil Ambani the younger brother of billionaire Mukesh Ambani is a health freak. He wakes up at 5am.everyday for his daily dose of exercise. He does yoga and jogs or runs for about 18 kms. His breakfast consists of bananas, cereal and protein milk. He has sprouts, lentils and 2 chapattis for lunch.
He snacks on fruits in the evening, not the sweet variety but he prefers the sour ones. He is a complete teetotaller who doesn’t smoke or drink. He was overweight once upon a time and weighed 103 kgs. He brought it down by exercising, dieting and by following a strict health regime. Anil shows up for work at 9.30 a.m. and leaves office at 9.30 p.m. He goes to bed at 10.30 pm. He doesn’t have a chaffeur and drives his own cars. All these factors have made him an icon both in India and abroad.
