Here’s sending a little love for your minds, bodies and nourishment from my home Tag me, @sarvayogastudios and @thedivayoga when you post 🙂 BODY Today's pose is TULASANA 1. Sit in Padmasana. 2. Place the palms on the floor beside the thighs or on the bricks. 3. Inhale deeply and raise the whole body from the floor balancing on the hands. 4. Swing the body backward and forward between the arms. 5. Practice 3 to 5 rounds. This pose is great to improve your balance and tone your upper body muscles. Don’t be intimated, do as much as your body allows 🙂 always take it slow ! MIND Try taking a trip down memory lane today…My most favourite pastime is to look at childhood pictures of myself, my grandparents, birthdays ,family trips and festivities, now my children when they were toddlers and relive those memories. dig up old albums and sit by yourself with a cup of tea or with your family and try reliving those moments .You’ll see positivity and the blessings in your life !( nothing like hard copy photo albums! Make them n save them for your family ) NOURISH My FAVOURITE kitchen ingredient – Chickpea Flour\Besan\Kadalai Maavu. A powerful, natural, and amazing ingredient that works wonders for my skin! Mix a handful with some milk/yogurt and turmeric and apply it as a face pack and wash it off once it dries! Just do a patch test on your skin to ensure that you are not allergic to it. I’ve been loving seeing you’ll tag me in your posts, so keep them coming!!
