As an expert in yoga, she and has decided to teach her followers on the poses which would help them to lead a healthy life. She has been posting some awe-inspiring pictures of her doing yoga. Recently, she posted various yoga poses and the way to do it and its benefits, encouraging many to take up yoga for their well-being.
Now she took it to Instagram to teach a pose in her ‘Wednesday Wellness With Aishwarya’ column. She spoke about ‘Thulasana’, to do methods and its benefits. Aishwarya also gave some beauty tips with her favourite ingredient – Chickpea Flour.
