Jatin Hukkeri, the husband of Kannada actress Ranya Rao who has been arrested in the gold smuggling case has revealed that he is going to file for divorce from the actress. He disclosed at a press conference that it was pain and agony for him right from day one and that he finally made up his mind to file for divorce.
The authorities however have a different story and claim that her husband Jatin used to accompany her on trips to Dubai where the actress allegedly smuggled gold.
There has been tension brewing between the couple for quite a while and Jatin was seen slowly distancing himself from Ranya.
The couple got married in a grand ceremony held at Taj West End on November 27, 2024 and settled in Nengaluru. Jatin is an architect by profession.Ranya was on the authorities radar for her frequent trips to Dubai. She visited Dubai over 30 times in the past year.
