Try out these quick healthy lunch-box recipes for a great work day meal.

lemon-rice

  • Frankie – spoon some sabzi in a roti, roll it and pack it in foil. Carry cucumber slices or tomato for some salad dose.
  • Sandwich – layer some veggies or sabzi between two slices of brown bread, grill and pack it in foil.
  • Juice – grind together your choice of fruits and pack it in a bottle for some natural refreshment.
  • Idli sandwich – slice an idli horizontally, add fresh mint chutney. Carry homemade sambar is needed.
  • Lemon rice – add a dose of lemon, turmeric, and any masala that you need. Makes for a great meal.
